1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. “Ecophay”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shenzhen Ecophay Luggage Co., Ltd.

This website presents Ecophay’s product-development capabilities and provides routes for business buyers to submit OEM/ODM accessory enquiries. Website content is general information, not a binding offer, specification, certification, warranty or promise of availability.
Product formats, materials, colours, construction, minimum quantities, pricing, sample timing, production timing and delivery arrangements must be confirmed for each project.
3. Enquiries, quotations and orders
Submitting a form, email or WhatsApp message does not create a supply contract, reserve production capacity or require either party to proceed. A project becomes binding only when authorised representatives agree the relevant written commercial terms, including the approved specification, price, quantity, payment terms and delivery basis.
Quotations may rely on the information you provide and may change when dimensions, materials, construction, branding, packaging, testing, quantities or delivery requirements change.
4. Information and materials you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information, artwork, trademarks, reference images, specifications and other materials you submit. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for Ecophay to review and use them for the requested project.
Please do not send confidential designs, trade secrets or sensitive personal information until both parties have agreed on an appropriate handling process. A website enquiry alone does not create a confidentiality obligation or non-disclosure agreement.
We may decline content or requests that are unlawful, infringe third-party rights, are technically unsuitable, or fall outside our business scope.
