Custom Packing Cubes for Brands
Develop packing-cube sets around suitcase use, garment load, size hierarchy, visibility, compression and the way each cube will be handled and packed.
Build the set around the packing task
A useful set needs a clear role for every size. Set count, loaded dimensions and compression change the material, zipper and packing decisions.
Standard cube set
A coordinated group of sizes for garments and mixed travel contents without a separate compression zipper.
Approve: Size hierarchy, loaded capacity and suitcase fitCompression cube set
A two-zipper route that reduces packed depth after loading and requires controlled panel and zipper behavior.
Approve: Loaded compression, zipper path and seam stressSpecial-purpose organizer set
A set that adds shoe, laundry, underwear or accessory formats around a defined travel routine.
Approve: Format roles, identification and packed set presentationExisting packing-cube evidence and category review views
Existing Ecophay photography illustrates the visible product format only. Project review should cover the load, detail and packing; materials, dimensions, construction and suitability are confirmed against the buyer brief.

Translate the set plan into measurable cube decisions
“Three packing cubes” does not define their relationship. Sizes, contents and loaded behavior should be approved as one set.
| Decision | Buyer input | Development tradeoff | Sample approval |
|---|---|---|---|
| Set architecture | Number of pieces, role and dimensions of every format | More sizes expand utility but fragment quantity and packaging. | Complete set with every size identified |
| Loaded capacity | Representative garments or contents for each cube | Empty dimensions do not show packed depth or zipper stress. | Loaded shape, access and suitcase fit |
| Panel construction | Solid, mesh, windowed or mixed panels; lining requirement | Visibility, ventilation, structure and artwork space change together. | Panel behavior and seam finish when loaded |
| Compression route | No compression or dedicated compression zipper and gusset | Compression adds zipper length, seam stress and user sequence. | Compression action with the approved load |
| Brand and packing | Material, colour, artwork, labels and set packaging | Each size needs consistent brand scale and identification. | Set-by-set artwork and packed presentation |
How to read the product evidence
Existing Ecophay photography illustrates the visible product format only. Materials, dimensions, construction and project suitability are confirmed against the buyer brief.
Five distinct existing Ecophay packing-cube and set photographs are displayed.
Project review should cover interior, compression, load, detail and packing views.
The current images do not establish capacity, compression ratio or performance claims.

Buyer questions for custom packing cubes
Direct answers define what can be assessed from a brief and what requires a finished sample or confirmed production parameters.
How should a packing-cube set be specified?
List every piece, its dimensions, intended contents and whether it uses standard or compression construction. Quantity should be stated by complete set and colour.
Can different sizes share one material and branding system?
Yes. Material, colour, trim and branding can be coordinated while dimensions, zipper lengths and reinforcement remain size-specific.
What changes when compression is added?
A compression zipper and gusset change zipper length, seam loading, panel behavior and the user sequence. The loaded sample should be reviewed through the full compression cycle.
What is the MOQ for custom packing cubes?
MOQ depends on set count, dimensions, fabric, mesh, zippers, colour split, branding and packing. Send quantity by complete set and colour for review.
What does the current photograph prove?
It shows an existing Ecophay packing-cube family and visible external format only. It does not prove capacity, compression or material performance.
Ready to review a custom packing cubes brief?
Send the product format, contents and dimensions, material direction, quantity by style and colour, target market, timing and available reference files.
